These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of renovationnation.com (the "Site") and our contractor-matching service (the "Service"), operated by Leif Agency Ltd., doing business as Renovation Nation ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 14318190) with its registered office at 24A Aldermans Hill, Palmers Green, London N13 4PN, United Kingdom.

Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. SEE SECTION 8 FOR DETAILS AND YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT.

1. What the Service Is

The Service is free for homeowners: you describe your home-improvement project, and we connect your request with contractors and home-service providers ("Providers") — directly or through partner networks — who may contact you with quotes. We are a matching and referral service. We are not a contractor, we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work, and we are not an agent of you or of any Provider.

2. Eligibility and Your Information

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to submit a quote request. By submitting one, you represent that:

• the information you provide is accurate and complete;
• the contact details you enter are your own; and
• you are authorised to request quotes for the property in question.

We may decline, suspend, or discontinue the Service at our discretion.

3. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a quote request you provide the consent described on the form to be contacted by us and by matched Providers — by phone, text message, and email, including via automated technology — about your project. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can revoke consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Your Relationship With Providers

Providers are independent businesses. Any quote, contract, scheduling, workmanship, warranty, or payment matter is strictly between you and the Provider, governed by the Provider's own terms and policies.

We do not endorse or recommend any particular Provider, and we make no representation about a Provider's licensing, insurance, qualifications, pricing, or work quality — verify these yourself before hiring.

5. Acceptable Use and Licence

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Site in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• submit false or fraudulent quote requests;
• use the Site to harm others or for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt unauthorised access to the Site or connected systems;
• scrape or systematically extract content; or
• interfere with the Site's operation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, the Renovation Nation name and marks, and underlying code — are owned by or licensed to Leif Agency Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited licence above.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE MATCHED WITH A PROVIDER, THAT ANY PROVIDER WILL CONTACT YOU OR OFFER A QUOTE, OR ANY OUTCOME OF WORK YOU HIRE A PROVIDER TO PERFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEIF AGENCY LTD. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND A PROVIDER, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

8. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by emailing support@primereachhub.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, remotely or in the county where you reside. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by writing to Leif Agency Ltd., 24A Aldermans Hill, Palmers Green, London N13 4PN, United Kingdom, or by emailing support@primereachhub.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," including your name and the email or phone number you used on the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the state in which you reside, and subject to Section 8 for dispute resolution.

10. Changes; Miscellaneous

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. We may assign this agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
