Renovation Nation is a free contractor-matching service. Fulfilling your quote request means passing your information — such as your name, contact details, and project description — to the contractors and partner networks that respond to it, and some privacy laws treat that as a "sale" or "share" of personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is collected and who receives it.

SMS exception: mobile numbers collected for text messaging and your SMS opt-in consent are used on a first-party basis only and are never sold or shared with third parties for their own text-marketing purposes.

How to Opt Out

Email privacy@primereachhub.com or use our contact form, and include:

• your full name;
• the email address you used in any quote request;
• the phone number you used in any quote request; and
• a statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

What Happens Next

We honor verified opt-out requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 15 business days). After you opt out, we will no longer sell or share your personal information; note that this may prevent us from connecting you with contractors for a pending quote request, since fulfilling it requires passing your details to them. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights — you will not be denied our service or treated differently because you opted out.
